Commercial Market in Minutes
- Hardening in prime equivalent yields picked up this month with four sectors reporting a downward shift in yields.
- Some banks are now starting to tackle their loan books with increased confidence that assets can be sold. As a result we may start to see increases in secondary stock levels on the market.
- There is a general feeling that we are over the worst of the recession, although the rate of recovery forecast for next year is minimal. This will temper a bounce back in the property investment market, although compared to the rest of Europe the UK is expected to lead the way.
