Globe Trade Centre S.A., one of the leading developers in CEE has leased space to EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. at the Nothus building, which is located at Okecie Business Park, Warsaw. The building marks the first phase of this new office complex. EFG Eurobank will occupy three floors totalling 3,600 sq m (38,751 sq ft).
Skanska Property has let 1,471 sq m (15,834 sq ft) of floor space to FirstClients in the Marynarska Point II, which is the second building of Marynarska Point also in Warsaw. The company will occupy the entire first floor.
Finally, KGHM has leased space to KBC Group in Cuprum. The company will occupy the two floors of the Novum building in Wroclaw totalling 1,690 sq m (18,191 sq ft). Savills previously let 233 sq m (2,508sq ft) to BPG Consulting in the same building.
Michal Sielczak, head of office agency at Savills Poland, says: “The office sector has experienced substantial demand and the final letting reflects the movement to regional cities and the development of key new business locations.”
